At Behavior Treatment & Analysis, we’re looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our supportive and innovative team. Your Key Responsibilities Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods. Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1 year preferred but not required. Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM – 3:45PM Certifications: Driver’s License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
