Assist Servers and Bartenders as needed.Be aware of the client’s needs during the event. Be available for the client for changes that may occur during the event.Oversee the breakdown of the event to ensure it closes on time and all supplies is put in appropriate areas including food, beverages, linen, supplies, dishware and more.Provide feedback to the staff for positive and not-so-positive actions that occurred during the event.Train staff on the standards and tasks that Servers and Bartenders are responsible for. Monitor Peer Trainer activities and spot check the new associates training.Recap events with BEO distribution to Meeting Planners or Clients, and complete end of shift Captains report.Job Category: DUCareersInFandBWhat are we looking for?QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in the hospitality industry required. F&B Banquet experience desirable.Experience as a departmental trainer or supervisor preferred.Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Microsoft Teams and OneNote experience desirable.Knowledge of F&B Point of Sale system preferred.Basic Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.Compensation:$22.00-$22.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
