The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in investor relations, particularly within the context of a public company. This role is pivotal in shaping and communicating the company's equity story, strategy, and financial model to the investment community. The VP will be responsible for owning and refining the investor relations strategy, serving as the primary external representative to investors and analysts, and building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of investors. A deep understanding of capital markets, financial analysis, and the ability to translate complex business and financial concepts into a compelling investment thesis are essential. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 12 years' experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare, digital health, or related sectors. The role demands exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, as well as the ability to craft a persuasive investment narrative.
