Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and maintain a positive working environment Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and supplies Assist with special projects and tasks as needed About the Role As a Maintenance Assistant at Meadow Falls of Richmond, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a highly dedicated team.
