BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstarting position. CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements. Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred. 5 years nursing experience with 2 years recently in an inpatient hospital Previousleadershiprole,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
