Manufacturing Production Planner

Manage the Production Planning Release and follow‑up production orders based on the planning run analysis, component delivery, and manufacturing resources. Calculate and provide lead times to customer service and sales support. Coordinate daily with production, logistics, quality, and customer service. Review and adjust safety stock levels on finished goods. Capacity Estimation for Production Floor Estimate workload for the next 3 months on a weekly basis. Adjust workload in Warren and Costa Rica, maximizing capacity in both locations. Contribute to Continuous Improvement Proactively promote best practices for efficient material planning. All other relevant responsibilities as assigned. Talent Profile Education: High school graduate; associate degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in material/production planning. Knowledge of inventory control and transportation is preferred. Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in English – oral, reading, and writing. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic mathematical skills. Familiarity with ERP or SAP. Attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
