Overview:The Spa Lead Front Desk Agent ensures a high standard of service and hospitality in the Spa Reception and Retail area. Successfully introduces and schedules Spa services and operations through direct contact either in person or by phone/email with Resort or local guests members and staff to maximize member/guest satisfaction and :Greet and welcome all guests coming into the all the billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services and retail a sense of order and efficiency for Spa operation via proper scheduling of guest and staff with scheduled retail the orderliness cleanliness and presentation of the Spa Reception and personal attention and ensure a pleasant visit for each the initial and complete source of information regarding everything that is available in the Spa and all procedures to ensure guest all required department training and and support other associatesPerform any other duties required by :Ability to stand for the entire scheduled be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events including nights weekends and be passionate about providing warm engaging and personalized meet standards of appearance and always maintain a high level of personal possess the ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations.
