This role offers a base salary, competitive commission structure, and bonuses, providing unmatched earning potential. Agents have had year-end earnings between $55,000 and top performers have made over $125,000. You will be responsible for helping clients secure the right coverage while building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals. Provide quotes and sell Allstate auto, home, and personal lines policies. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Offer tailored coverage recommendations across brokered carrier platforms. Proactively manage client renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities. Requirements Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered. Knowledge of Allstate products and brokered home insurance policies preferred. Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
