Commercial Effectiveness Manager

Bio-Techne seeks a Commercial Effectiveness Manager to support global sales operations across EMEA and North America. The role focuses on CRM data integrity, sales analytics, and process optimization to enhance sales productivity and inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Maintain CRM data integrity and quality across global commercial teams
Generate dashboards, KPI reports, and sales analyses to provide actionable performance insights
Track and analyze sales process metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Document business requirements and collaborate with IT to configure CRM enhancements
Manage team development and oversee adoption of new CRM features and sales process improvements

Requirements

5+ years sales operations, sales analytics, or commercial operations experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field
Hands-on CRM system experience, particularly Salesforce
Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Strong analytical skills and understanding of sales processes and pipeline metrics
Cross-functional collaboration ability in global, matrixed environments
Fluent English; additional languages preferred

Compensation: $115,900–$190,450 base
