The Difference You Make: The Staff, Small Business & Consumer Operations performs a variety of duties in support of all consumer products including but not limited to file maintenance, research and data entry. They provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. The incumbent answers questions and responds to requests with proper etiquette through email and telephone within established timelines. In addition, the Staff, Small Business & Consumer Operations assists other employees within the department to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and helps build and maintain relationships with branches and departments.

• Processes account documentation and maintenance requests; including but not limited to scanning documents, pulling critical documents, preparing folders and filing.
• Processes all types of data entry and maintenance activities for various types of accounts.
• Performs customer research as requested by branches.
• Identifies, reviews and ensures compliance with the laws and regulations which affect assigned functional areas.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required

Qualifications:

• 0+ Years In same or similar role. - Required.
• Ability to receive and understand oral questions and written instructions and apply them to assigned job responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze, interpret findings and results, and to draw logical conclusions in carrying out day-to-day assignments.
• Flexibility to learn and keep current with changing procedures and regulations, varying job assignments, technological advances and new equipment.
• Ability to work as a positive team member in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and to manage multiple assignments.
• Working knowledge of windows based software programs is required.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum: $31,500.00 USD

Maximum: $49,000.00 USD
