This role assists with training, product quality control, workflow coordination, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.**What You’ll Bring:*** Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.* Answer questions about the menu, coffee origins, brewing methods, and specialty drinks.* Resolve minor guest concerns and communicate larger issues to management.* Prepare beverages consistently and to recipe standards.* Maintain a high level of coffee knowledge, including grind settings, extraction, milk texturing, and seasonal offerings.* Ensure drinks meet presentation and quality standards before serving.* Maintain inventory levels for coffee, syrups, milk, and bar supplies.* Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.* Clean espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment daily.**Minimum Qualifications*** High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related café and customer experience required.**Physical Demands and Work Environment**The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
