Please note: we are hiring for this position in multiple locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbus, Denver, Philadelphia, Reston/DC and Richmond). 

As a recent graduate stepping into a Software Engineering Consultant role at CapTech, you'll find a supportive and inclusive environment where collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. You'll have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 corporations across multiple industries, gaining exposure to a full stack of cutting-edge technologies.

What You Can Expect:

• Hands-On Experience: Gain practical, client-facing experience from the start, supported by our client-simulated boot camp. This immersive 3-week program will kickstart your journey as an Associate Consultant in our one-year Discovery Program , designed to support your transition from college to CapTech.

Job Responsibilities:

Your role will adapt to different projects, but may include:

• Design, build, and deliver modern solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using modern engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures, APIs, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Work across a broad technology ecosystem, including Java, .NET, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, AWS, Azure, GCP, and emerging AI technologies.
• Partner closely with clients, designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to solve complex business challenges and create exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be on track to graduate in December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor's/+1/accelerated masters* degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. We welcome diverse educational backgrounds that provide candidates with strong technical and analytical skills.

• Project or internship experience in developing software applications and scripts is highly valued. We appreciate varied experiences that demonstrate your ability to learn and apply your skills in practical settings.

• Strong communication skills are essential, including both oral and written abilities, to collaborate effectively in team settings and communicate ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.

• A strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving, along with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the field of software engineering.

CapTech supports Equal Pay for all. In addition, in the States of Colorado, Illinois, and Virginia, we are committed to Equal Pay for All in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Illinois Equal Pay Act, and Virginia Transparency Law. Compensation for this role will be commensurate with the candidate’s geographic location. The base pay range for this role is $89,000-94,000.
