Engage actively in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases. Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements. Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria. Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact. Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process. As a Software Architect, you will: Partner with customer technical leads, client executives, sales teams, and partners to manage and deliver successful cloud solution implementations, serving as a trusted advisor to decision‑makers while overseeing project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes. Own end‑to‑end architecture: from business requirements and conceptual design through delivery, production, and evolution. Lead and influence engineering teams without direct authority; providing technical guidance and setting architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails. Strive to be at the forefront of new modern technologies and bring them within the larger team. Ensure the successful engineering delivery of assigned projects with hands‑on involvement as needed. Work with the engineering team to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership and published assets. Capability to manage budgets and project delivery effectively. Experience in building and managing client and commercial relationships. Ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs. To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Proven experience architecting and delivering large‑scale, highly distributed, cloud‑native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including responsibility for architectural decisions, trade‑offs, and outcomes. Deep expertise in software architecture and design principles, including microservices, event‑driven systems, serverless, APIs, data architecture, scalability, resiliency, multi‑cloud, and security‑by‑design. Experience designing and delivering AI/ML or LLM‑based business solutions in production environments. Experience using AI‑native tools to accelerate software engineering outcomes. Ability to communicate in written and spoken form with clients about business needs and translate that into a technical solution. High quality organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding consulting, communication, and presentation abilities. Ideally, you’ll also Be passionate about delivering commercial software products and platforms to market. Be deeply technical and constantly in a state of learning. Have the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with a variety of audiences, including developers, clients, customers, partners, and executives. The base salary range for this role across the United States is $151,500 to $346,000, with higher ranges for the New York City, Washington State, and California markets. Hybrid work model: most client‑serving roles will work together in person 40‑60% of the time over an engagement or year.
