Data Entry Coordinator - Kids House

Reports To: Executive Director


Position Type: Non-Exempt

Hourly Pay: $17-$22

We're hiring for our client, Kids House ( and need someone with both technical skills and a big heart to support their critical mission of protecting children from abuse.

What You'll Do:

• Enter and maintain data across multiple databases with accuracy
• Create reports and graphics to support organizational goals
• Ensure data integrity through error identification and correction
• Manage data files, logs, and backups
• Provide administrative and front desk support

What You Need:

• High School Diploma + 1 year experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Team player who works well independently
