This role is responsible for full-cycle, high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment; including managing the recruiting ATS, sourcing applicants through job fairs and social media, screening and interviewing candidates, and keeping the recruiting pipeline flowing smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting DutiesManage full-cycle recruiting across multiple high-volume openings.Partner with Operations to understand hiring needs and timelines.Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.Source candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.Screen resumes and conduct interviews at scale.Build and maintain talent pipelines.Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring volume.Ensure compliance with employment laws and best hiring practices.Coordination DutiesSchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars, interview panels, and hiring managers, including phone screens, virtual interviews, and on-site visits.Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a timely, professional, and positive experience.Manage and maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and align on scheduling logistics.Coordinate candidate travel, expense reimbursements, and on-site interview logistics, as needed.Draft and send offer letters, background check requests, and other candidate-facing correspondence.Track interview and hiring metrics, flagging bottlenecks or delays to the recruiting team.Support employer branding efforts, including career fairs, campus recruiting events, and candidate outreach.Continuously look for ways to improve scheduling processes and the overall candidate experience.Minimum QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED required.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.At least one of the following:SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCPPHR or SPHRCertified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC)Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC)LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter (or similar)ExperienceMinimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume hiring required.Previous experience in security industry or related industry preferred.Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Paycom HRIS is a plus.Additional RequirementsMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to pass a background check, drug screening, and additional screening requirementsExcellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong multi-tasking, task management, and attention to detailPossesses a professional and customer service oriented demeanor with emphasis on team collaboration and conflict resolutionAbility to work in fast-paced environments and handle emergencies calmly under pressure.Acts with confidentiality and discretionDemonstrates initiative and self-motivationMust be dependable, committed to ethical conduct, and acts with integrityAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Premium Shift Pay for Holidays Worked401(k) Retirement PlanHealth / Dental / Vision InsurancePaid Sick LeaveTraining and Career DevelopmentEmployee Assistance ProgramsThis position is at-will, and job duties/schedules may be adjusted based on client requirements or operational needs.Absolute International Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
