Full-Time PM Line Cook 1

If you're passionate about creating memorable, personalized dining experiences, we'd love to meet you! We are seeking an experienced Full-Time PM Line Cook 1 to help deliver an exceptional culinary experience for our members and guests. You'll work alongside a highly experienced leadership team that's committed to elevating service and cuisine to the next level. Based primarily in our main Clubhouse kitchen, this role is perfect for a motivated culinary professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, creativity, and hospitality excellence.

The Country Club at DC Ranch is a member-owned, nationally acclaimed private golf and country club poised prominently near the McDowell Mountains. The Club is preparing to unveil its newly renovated championship golf course in November 2026, showcasing the design artistry of Tom Lehman. Alongside the course, members enjoy a stunning 45,000 square-foot Ranch Hacienda Clubhouse, six tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a pool complex, and a fully appointed fitness facility. The Country Club at DC Ranch embodies an exclusive desert lifestyleits vibrancy and warmth welcome members, their families, and guests. Qualifications

Must have current AZ Food Handler's Card
Minimum 2-5 years of kitchen experience at a luxury property or private country club required
Grill and Saut experience is required

Schedule

Typical shift is 12PM to close (Wednesday - Sunday)
Open availability is a plus (Weekday, Weekend, Holidays except Christmas)
Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability is required
