This role reports to the COO and oversees clinic operations across front office, back office, billing, scribes, and non-physician clinical staff, with responsibility for improving workflows, standardizing processes, and maintaining high service levels across the practice. The Practice Administrator will partner with leadership on operational planning, support organizational growth, and help improve access, quality, revenue, and expense control. The role also carries meaningful financial and administrative responsibility, including budgets, accounts payable, patient and insurance refunds, payroll processing, deposits, bank reconciliations, checkbook management, QuickBooks, and coordination with accounting for quarterly reporting. Additional responsibilities include working with HR on policies and procedures, partnering with an external marketing firm, maintaining the company website, gathering operational and fiscal data for analysis, and resolving facility, systems, and software issues. The ideal background includes at least 5 years of management experience in primary care or a similar outpatient medical setting, strong front office experience, Epic experience, and hands‑on exposure to healthcare operations and practice finance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elios, Inc.
