Position: Industrial Electrician

About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced industrial environment, takes pride in high‐quality workmanship, and enjoys solving complex electrical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support operations

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License (Texas or NM) or equivalent is preferred, but not required
• 1+ years of industrial or heavy commercial electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of motors, PLCs, control panels, and high‐voltage systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Allen‐Bradley or Siemens PLCs
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, oil & gas, or similar industries
