As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities in their homes. Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients, providing ABA-based interventions and skill-building activities

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and sessions

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Develop strong relationships with clients and families, promoting a warm and nurturing environment

Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

Minimum of 0 years of experience in the field of ABA (new graduates welcome to apply)

Certificate of Completion in ABA from an accredited institution

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30 per hour
