We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. You will be working under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients. Work is home-based outpatient therapy within Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Arcadia.
This is a part-time role, and compensation is per patient ($55.00 - $60.00) DOE
Flexible hours from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Travel to patient homes to deliver care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on exercises and treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with all state and company regulations
- Communicate effectively with the care team
Qualifications:
- Active PTA license in good standing (State of Arizona) is required
- Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to patient homes
- Must be personable and professional , with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable and experienced working with the 65+ population
