This role will primarily provide specialized care to patients with pelvic floor conditions. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Location Clinic Address: 8200 Preston Rd. Suite 125, Plano, Texas Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program. Current or pending state licensure. BLS certification. Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients per day). Experience or clinical interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $83,000–$100,000+ per year (based on experience and market factors). Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
