Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience providing services in a school setting is preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Willingness to both collaborate deeply with teams and work independently

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to develop IEP goals and progress reports
• Provide both direct therapy and consultative/indirect support, ensuring accommodations and modifications are integrated into classroom settings
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training for continued professional growth
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Support students’ communication development to help them thrive academically and socially
