We will strive to provide reasonable notice of any changes to your work location or schedule whenever possible.We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable marketing professional to join our Growth team from our Denver office. This individual will play a critical role in supporting firm growth initiatives through proposal development, digital presence, and marketing execution, while also contributing to ongoing transformation efforts including the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation, and innovative technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. This role plays a key role within a small, collaborative Growth team, supporting proposals, digital visibility, and marketing execution while contributing to process improvements and innovation initiatives.This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role requiring a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, respond to rapidly shifting demands, and collaborate closely with partners and cross-functional stakeholders.In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:Support proposal development with rapid turnaround times, including same-day or urgent requests.Manage proposal intake, prioritization, workflow coordination, and stakeholder communication.Partner with internal teams to develop clear, high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs.Contribute to improvements in proposal processes, including leveraging automation and AI tools.Track proposal activity and support performance reporting as needed.Partner closely with firm leadership, partners, and stakeholders to support growth initiatives and client-facing materialsAssist with complex projects and initiatives tied to firm-wide branding effortsSupport and execute website performance, optimization, design, and governance initiatives.Execute SEO and Answer Engine Optimization initiatives.Monitor keyword rankings, search visibility, and AI search performance.Develop recommendations to improve organic visibility and brand awareness.Coordinate content planning and content calendars.Monitor engagement and campaign performance.Develop and maintain reporting frameworks across Growth initiatives.Create dashboards and reporting for proposal activities, pipeline visibility, event ROI, SEO performance, etc.Analyze performance data and identify actionable opportunities.Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.To be successful, these are the skills, qualities and experience you will need:4+ years of experience in marketing operations, proposal management, digital marketing, or growth/BD operations within a public accounting or other professional services firmExperience supporting or executing proposal processes in a deadline-driven environmentExperience building and maintaining reporting dashboards, analytics frameworks, and performance insightsStrong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and search visibilityExperience developing and managing social media strategy and content calendarsFamiliarity with HubSpot or other CRM systemsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, tight deadlines, and competing prioritiesIndependent, organized, self-starter that will provide tactical and strategic support to partners and key leadersAbility to quickly establish rapport and credibility with partners and professional teams, including operations and administrationAbility to work occasional overtime to support urgent projects or firm eventsTravel periodically to other HCVT offices to support the growth function as directed (10-15%)You Matter - HCVT provides a variety of benefits and perks that help sustain a healthy and thriving work environment.Visit the Benefits section to learn moreThis salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 plus overtime.
