Healthcare United is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians for outpatient primary care openings in the Southbury, Naugatuck, Shelton, and Oxford, Connecticut areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an IM/FM Physician interested in an outpatient primary care role with a respected Connecticut-based physician group. The incoming physician will provide comprehensive adult or family medicine care, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, wellness visits, acute care, and long-term patient relationships. There are currently multiple primary care physician openings available across the surrounding Connecticut market. This opportunity offers a competitive, MGMA-aligned compensation package, with estimated earning potential in the range of $250,000 - $325,000+, depending on experience, location, panel size, productivity, schedule, and final practice structure. Requirements include an MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, an active or eligible Connecticut medical license, strong outpatient primary care skills, the ability to manage acute care, chronic disease, wellness visits, and preventive medicine, and excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
