Product research may be necessary for high end inventory. Fulfillment of online orders including product acquisition, packaging as needed for fragility, and creating shipping labels is also a responsibility of this role. Customer service communication on an as-needed basis. Our online store is an extension of our brick-and-mortar business and must work fluidly with front of house and stay on top of uploads. Experience, Skills, Knowledge High school education Knowledge of women's fashion brands and Shopify is a HUGE plus Ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers, and co-workers Flexible schedule Time management skills; prioritizing time sensitive endeavors Strong organization and efficiency skills Proactively addressing product and marketplace issues This is NOT a remote position.
