• Floating Requirement: Rarely floats
• Weekend/Holiday: As Needed
• On-Call: One call shift per week
• New Graduates: Not accepted

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and unforeseen patient needs
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
• Float to different units as needed, with minimal frequency

What You Need

• Valid KS or compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• 3+ years of ER experience; 5+ years preferred
• Strong clinical skills in emergency care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
