As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Tech at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities. This includes performing repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations. You will also assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and troubleshooting of equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations, including fire safety and life safety codes
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, residents, and staff

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
