Credit Analyst FullTime Clearwater, FL, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1002 Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually Position Summary : Assist the commercial lenders by analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money. Primary Functions: Review financial information on applicants and perform detailed analysis of financial data and other relevant information; Generate financial ratios to evaluate a borrower’s financial status to determine the borrower’s cash flow and capacity to service debt, summarizing borrower’s financial statements; Detail identifiable risks associated with the credit quality of loans and collateral; Interpret financial data and make loan recommendations to lenders and loan committee; Confer with loan officer on any borrower’s identified financial deterioration; Monitor maturing loans and gather necessary information needed to consider extensions or modifications. Specific Requirements: 2+ years’ experience as a Credit Analyst Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or other related experience Proven written communication and financial analysis skills Self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines Understanding of banking regulations and best practices Detail oriented with good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Solid organizational skills.
