You'll help us deliver high-quality lawn care services throughout the growing season — and support snow removal operations during the winter months. What You'll Do

Lawn Care Season (Primary Role)

• Diagnose and treat turf, weed, and shrub issues
• Apply environmentally responsible lawn care treatments
• Operate spreaders, sprayers, and other lawn care equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
• Keep accurate service records and follow safety procedures

Winter Season (Snow Operations & Weekly Hours)

• Perform snow removal using plows, blowers, shovels, and de-icing equipment
• Report for snow events as needed
• Complete 5 hours per week of shop work, equipment maintenance, or other assigned tasks to maintain eligibility for guaranteed weekly pay
