Staff Salisbury, NC, US Position Game Day Administrator Reports to: Vice President of Athletics and Athletic Operations Position Summary Representing the Athletics Department and college during home competition. Game Day Administrator is responsible for ensuring that events are conducted in a professional, safe, and compliant manner. Responsibilities Ensuring the event operates in accordance with NCAA and conference regulations. Monitoring event operations and addressing issues that arise. Serving as the primary contact for officials, visiting teams and event staff. Supporting game operations personnel. Game Management staff are present. Event Operations run smoothly and efficiently. Facilities are properly prepared for competition. Appropriate staffing is present for ticketing, security and event operations. Game Day Administrator are responsible for helping ensure a safe and respectful environment (monitor spectators, addressing unsportsmanlike behavior, coordinate with campus safety or event security when issues arise). Welcome visiting teams and game officials. Assist with any concerns that arise during the event. Ensure officials have necessary game information and support. Proper incident reporting to Asst. Athletic Director for Internal Operations or Vice President of Athletics and Athletic Operations. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Business Administration Sport Management Finance / Accounting Public Administration Sport Administration (MASM) Business Administration (MBA) Higher Education Leadership Experience 3–5+ years in college athletics operations.
