Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator, RN, Case Manager

Shift: 8hr Eve 3p-11:30p, Monday - Friday

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Start Date: 08/09/2026

Job Description:

As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage clinical operations within the designated unit.
Lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery.
Adherence to protocols and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Additional duties may include Staffing/Scheduling, Staff Education, Charge RN.

Requirements:

3+ years clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
IL License, Bachelor's Degree, CPI, BLS, ACLS.
Must submit an EKG test passed with an 80% or higher.
