About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Multifamily Value-Add Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the investment team, providing strategic leadership, and overseeing the execution of the firm's business plan to expand its investments platform. This role involves originating, underwriting, negotiating, and closing multi-family acquisitions and developments, with a specific focus on value-add opportunities. The SVP will also be tasked with sourcing and identifying new joint venture equity and debt partners, managing the due diligence process, and working closely with the asset management team to monitor asset performance and implement value-added strategies.
