Providing acquisition support services, the full-time Contracts Specialist with CBP Clearance will assist in developing contract documentation, advise on procurement approaches, and prepare pre-award and post-award documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist in the development and review of contract requirements documentation, including SOW, SOO, and PWS Conduct market research to identify potential sources and contract vehicles, preparing relevant documentation Prepare negotiation memorandums and final contract award documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 5 or more years of Government Contract Specialist experience required Contract Specialist 1102 certification is required Experience with SAP is required Experience with construction contracting highly desired
