They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit. Our Atrium East unit at our Chelsea hospital cares for Medical-Surgical patients. Patient diagnoses can vary from medical such as: COPD, Sepsis, withdrawal, GI bleeds, CHF or Surgical: bariatric, Mastectomy, colorectal surgeries, hernias. This unit has 24 beds and specializes in complex high acuity medical and surgical patients with length of stay from 3-5 days. Shift Available : Night Shift Status Available : Part time, benefit eligible (48 hours per pay period – every two weeks) Weekend and holiday rotation required Required Qualifications Requires current Michigan Nursing License At least one year of Med/Surg RN experience required Graduation from accredited nursing program New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply to learn more about the benefits, culture and career development opportunities available to you at Trinity Health Michigan.
