Security company seeking a Service Dispatch Representative to coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of technicians. Along with following up with the customers after the service is completed for the customers.
Responsibilities
- Schedule service technicians.
- Respond to customer inquiries to provide accurate service information
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Enter in new customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve scheduling conflicts or unexpected changes
- Provide a positive, professional, and friendly experience for every customer
- Support internal processes by ensuring information flows smoothly between customers, technicians, and the office
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service dispatching.
- Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, organizational skills, and multi-tasking.
- Service dispatcher must have effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
Background check is required; no felonies or misdemeanors.
