Office Admin IES Commercial, Inc. – dba IES Electrical is seeking a full‑time Office Admin to join our Holdrege, NE office. Job Summary Perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Use Excel to balance numbers and entries Assist with processing of information into timekeeping software systems Assist with day‑to‑day record‑keeping operations Organize workload to comply with deadlines and priorities Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with other departments including Accounting, Payroll and HR Role is anticipated to expand as business needs develop. Qualifications 2 years related experience preferred Proficient computer and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills Strong attention‑to‑detail, accuracy review, and written/verbal communication skills Proficient organizational and time management skills Successfully pass pre‑employment background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
