Team Member

Role Overview We are looking for a Team Member at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The role includes greeting guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Prepare and serve breakfast and dinner items according to company standards. Keep the store clean, organized, and safe. Multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Adhere to all food safety and quality standards. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Available to work early hours (as early as 3am), weekends, and varied schedule without evenings or nights. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Prior restaurant, retail, or guest‑service experience is a plus, but not required. Benefits Flexible schedule – never work past 3pm.
