Job Description
Operator (Cold Header) for our First shift production team (no weekends). 50+ hours per week offered. This role is responsible for setting up and operating Cold Forming equipment to manufacture high-quality fasteners.
· Key Responsibilities:
o Set up and operate single or multi-die cold headers (National, Okuma, Nakashimada, Sacma, and Hipro's). Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain print requirements, production rates and tool life.
o Responsible for machine operation, production, quality control, and daily PM's.
o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cell work area.
· Requirements:
o High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
o Proven experience working in a fastener cold-forming environment.
o Proficiency using standard measurement tools (micrometers, dial indicators, scales).
o Physical capability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts and lift up to 45-50 lbs regularly.
· What We’re Looking For:
o Experience: 2–5+ years of full-time experience setting up and running cold headers.
