Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans. Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs to ensure quality resident outcomes. Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents, families, and staff. Requirements: Current NH Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Strong clinical and leadership skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Genuine passion for caring for seniors and improving quality of life.
