Student Accounts & Billing Specialist

Houston Baptist University

Houston Baptist University in Houston, TX is seeking a Student Accounts Specialist to manage student accounts, assist students in person, by phone, and by email, and to handle payments, third‑party billing, and account inquiries.

The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, accuracy, and teamwork across campus. You will work with student workers, deliver occasional presentations at campus events, and collaborate with several offices to resolve issues and improve processes.
