Health & Insurance Benefits

Time Off & Holidays

• We offer a combined paid time off (PTO) policy which incorporates state paid sick leave with company paid time off at an accrual rate of 0.0607 per hour worked, equivalent to 120 hours of PTO at 2,080 hours worked in a year. The PTO accrual rate increases after two years of service and again after five years of service
• We offer 6 Paid Holidays (8 hours - full time, 6 hours - part-time per event, excluding on-call staff) and 1 Personal Holiday of Choice per year (excluding on-call staff)

• Retirement planning is encouraged through our 403(b) plan that includes a generous 100% company match on the first 4% of earnings an employee contributes. There is a 5-year vesting schedule for the company match, and minors are ineligible for the company match

The Housekeeping Aide plays an essential role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the community. This position performs daily housekeeping and laundry services within a retirement community, including skilled nursing, memory care, catered living, assisted living, and independent living. Your work has a direct impact on how residents experience their home-and how they feel living in it.

What you'll do (and why it matters)

• Sanitize, clean, vacuum, and maintain public and residential living areas to support a safe and welcoming environment
• Your attention to detail and commitment to care help residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected
• Make beds, empty waste baskets, and dust to ensure residents feel comfortable in their personal spaces
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver laundry with care and respect for residents' belongings
• Inventory and maintain supplies, storage areas, and equipment in a secure, safe, and organized manner
• Assist in preparing residential units for new occupants, helping them feel at home from day one

Salary Range: $17.99 - $26.46 per hour
