About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Head of Global Payroll to join their high-performing Corporate Accounting Team. This critical leadership role, at the VP level, is responsible for the seamless, compliant, and timely delivery of payroll across the globe. The successful candidate will spearhead automation and process improvements for a sophisticated global workforce, ensuring adherence to regional tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory filing mandates. Key responsibilities include global oversight of the payroll lifecycle, financial partnership with the accounting and finance teams, executive compensation management, system innovation, vendor management, and strategic collaboration with human capital, tax, and technology departments. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive payroll experience, with a proven track record in a global leadership capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field. Advanced expertise in Workday and ADP is required, and a CPP or Global Payroll Management Certificate is highly desirable. The role demands deep knowledge of international taxation, social insurance contributions, and global labor compliance, as well as the ability to lead large-scale system implementations and transformations. The Head of Global Payroll will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of high accountability and continuous professional growth.
