Dynamic Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned clinic in the heart of River North, and we’re looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who wants to actually treat the way they were trained to. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate physical therapy techniques such as tailored exercises and other manual therapies. Educate patients on pelvic health, exercise routines, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness. Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions across care settings. Manage patient progress through detailed documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and adjust care plans accordingly. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to pelvic health and musculoskeletal systems. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically. Experience working in outpatient clinics or home & community care programs. Knowledge of manual therapy techniques and orthopedic rehabilitation strategies. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes across diverse populations.
