Marketing Executive – Americas Location: Please consider that this role is located in: Des Moines, Iowa (This is a hybrid role)

Role Purpose: Plan, execute, and measure integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the Americas to support commercial growth. Partner with sales teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to develop and deliver marketing initiatives that generate engagement, improve lead quality, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and measure integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the Americas.
• Partner with sales and business leaders to translate commercial priorities into effective marketing plans.
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, including audience targeting and account engagement.
• Manage digital marketing activities across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, web, and social channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to optimize campaign performance, messaging, and conversion rates.
• Develop and localize content aligned with regional market and customer needs.
• Plan and promote webinars and events, including audience acquisition, follow-up activities, and ROI measurement.
• Manage lead nurture campaigns and use performance data to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion.
• Gather customer, competitor, and industry insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• Approximately 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Strong background in digital marketing and integrated campaign execution.
• Experience partnering closely with sales teams to support commercial objectives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of how marketing contributes to lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and audience targeting.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize marketing activities accordingly.
• Experience developing and localizing content for regional markets.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Ability to understand business challenges, develop marketing approaches, and deliver measurable results.
• Experience within cybersecurity, professional services, assurance, sustainability, or other complex B2B environments is advantageous but not essential.
