Manufacturing Engineer OpportunityAt Environmental Air Systems (EAS), we design and build innovative HVAC and mechanical solutions for complex commercial and industrial projects.The OpportunityWe are seeking a process-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. This role focuses on evaluating and improving manufacturing processes, supporting daily production operations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Design, Project Management, Quality, and Procurement to improve manufacturability, standardize processes, and support the introduction of new products, technologies, and equipment within a modular manufacturing environment.If you're analytical, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy process improvement, this role offers strong visibility and growth potential.What You'll DoEvaluate existing manufacturing processes for large modular assemblies and identify improvement opportunitiesLead and support continuous improvement initiatives as directed, to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and labor efficiencyResearch, evaluate, and engage vendors and equipment suppliers to support manufacturing improvementsProvide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting new product introductionsSupport factory layout optimization, material flow improvements, and labor efficiency initiativesDevelop detailed ROI and business case proposals for capital expenditures, including cost-benefit analysis and payback calculationsResearch, evaluate, and contact vendors and equipment suppliers to identify new manufacturing solutionsCoordinate equipment demonstrations, trials, and feasibility studiesProvide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support to production teamsTroubleshoot manufacturing issues related to fabrication, assembly, piping, electrical integration, and testingSupport introduction of new products, designs, or module configurations into manufacturingSupport quality initiatives including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process capability improvementsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience.3–7+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering roleProven experience evaluating manufacturing processes and leading improvement initiativesDemonstrated ability to develop ROI-based business cases for capital and process improvements Experience working with vendors and equipment suppliersStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency with manufacturing documentation and standard work developmentAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-focused environmentFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement toolsExperience with welding, piping, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and system testing preferredWhy EASGrowth-focused companyCollaborative, people-first cultureExposure to complex, high-impact construction projectsOpportunity to grow within Accounting and FinanceStable organization with long-term career potentialJoin a company where your work matters and your contributions are seen.Apply today and become part of the EAS team.
