HVAC Service Manager

About the Role

Pinnacle Partners is recruiting for Director of Operations/Service Advisor for a growing Commercial HVAC company. This is a full time, direct hire role working onsite in Westfield, IN. This position will spend approximately 75% of time in office and 25% in the field to help troubleshoot any escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide all communication to the team of HVAC Technicians
Work with Dispatch to ensure schedules are aligned
Maintain a KPI tracking spreadsheet
Able to make quick decisions and judgement calls on adjusting work orders, updating technicians and updating customers based on parts availability
Back up to quoting process
Troubleshoot escalated issues with technicians

Requirements:

Strong background in HVAC services, strong preference for Commercial
Prior leadership experience
Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively in fast paced, ever changing environment
Type 4 EPA Certification
Previous payroll experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Commercial HVAC experience
