Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly – one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision. Required: A Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines. Required: MD LBA state licensure. Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA. Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience. Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player.
