OT - Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist This is a 13-week contract position. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist with home care experience to provide high-quality patient care in a flexible and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in occupational therapy practices, focusing on evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions. Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Minimum of 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months. Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. No hits on state license to practice. Active BLS certification from an approved vendor. Valid driver's license to verify residency.
