We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role will assist the owner with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and pay company bills in a timely and organized manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Run business-related errands as needed
- Assist with general administrative tasks and projects
- Provide day-to-day support to the owner and handle delegated responsibilities
QUALIFICATION:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Trustworthy with sensitive financial and business information
- Proficient in basic computer and office software
