We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role will assist the owner with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and pay company bills in a timely and organized manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Run business-related errands as needed
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and projects
  • Provide day-to-day support to the owner and handle delegated responsibilities

QUALIFICATION:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Trustworthy with sensitive financial and business information
  • Proficient in basic computer and office software
