Talent Acquisition Sourcer

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a remote one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and other specialized positions. The Sourcer will identify and engage passive talent, pre-screen candidates, build qualified pipelines, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers on difficult-to-fill hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience, or master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across engineering disciplines such as Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, and Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience sourcing non-technical talent across areas such as manufacturing, production, operations, business, and supply chain.
• Previous experience sourcing candidates with active security clearances.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience developing targeted candidate pipelines.
• Experience conducting candidate prescreens.
• Experience creating sourcing strategies based on hiring-manager requirements.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platforms.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, search engines, Boolean searches, and niche recruiting resources.
• Experience maintaining candidate activity and data within a CRM or candidate-management system.
• Ability to analyze recruiting-market data and communicate sourcing results.
• Strong candidate and hiring-manager relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Previous aerospace and defense recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience working in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
• Experience with ClearanceJobs, HireEZ, Indeed, advanced Boolean searches, or Google X-ray sourcing.
• Experience supporting recruiting events, invitational events, or targeted career fairs.
• Experience using recruiting-market intelligence to develop sourcing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Source qualified candidates for engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and functional positions.
• Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines.
• Identify and engage passive external candidates.
• Conduct candidate phone screens and initial qualification assessments.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Develop formal sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Source cleared talent and apply knowledge of security-clearance requirements.
• Use professional networks, social media, sourcing platforms, job boards, and Boolean-search techniques to identify talent.
• Support targeted recruiting events and career-fair sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing activity within recruiting systems.
• Research labor-market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Provide sourcing data and market intelligence to recruiters, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Assess candidates for technical skills, competencies, and organizational fit.
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the sourcing and recruiting process.

• 9/80 work schedule.

Pay

• $42.52 per hour.
